What you'll earn
85% of every delivery — same rule for an envelope or a fridge. Heavier parcels earn more; bigger vehicles unlock heavier tiers. HopDrop keeps 15% to run the platform.

What you'll need
A roadworthy vehicle
Motorcycles handle envelopes (≤5 kg). Sedans/hatchbacks unlock up to 25 kg. Bakkies and trucks unlock the big-payout tiers and named-price haulage loads.
Smartphone
Android 8+ or iPhone 12+. You need data on the road for live updates.
Valid SA driver's licence + ID
You'll upload them in-app. KYC review takes 24-48h.
SA bank account
For payouts. Capitec, FNB, Standard Bank, ABSA, Nedbank, Tymebank all supported.
Clean record
No criminal record for theft, fraud, or violence. We check before activation.

Free HopDrop sticker — print it on vinyl at any local sign shop and stick it on your back window or boot. Senders spot it, brand spreads, and you get the "oh that's the HopDrop driver" recognition at pickup.
